Post-ticketing services involve additional fees charged by both airlines and Travelgliders.us.

All fees below are in addition to any airline-imposed change or reissue charges.

This policy outlines the service fees charged by Travelgliders.us for modifications, exchanges, cancellations, and other services requested after a ticket has been issued. As an independent travel agency, Travelgliders.us incurs costs in communicating with airlines and processing changes on your behalf. These fees are separate from and in addition to any fees charged directly by the airline.

1. What Are Post-Ticketing Service Fees?

Post-ticketing service fees are fees charged by Travelgliders.us for administrative and support services performed after your ticket has been issued. These include flight changes, date modifications, passenger name corrections, route changes, refund processing, and other itinerary adjustments.

3. Explanation of Key Fee Categories

Date / Time Change

When you request to change your departure or return date/time after ticketing, Travelgliders.us charges a service fee per passenger. This is in addition to the airline's own change fee (which can range from $0 to $500+ depending on the airline and fare type). Any fare difference between your original fare and the new fare will also be collected.

Name Corrections

Minor name corrections (up to 3 characters, such as fixing a typo) are processed as a minor correction. Major name changes (full first or last name change, adding/removing middle name) require airline approval and are more costly. Not all airlines permit name changes; in such cases, a new ticket may need to be purchased.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation service fee covers the administrative work of requesting a refund from the airline, tracking the refund status, and communicating updates to you. The refund itself is subject to the airline's fare rules and timeline (typically 7–30 business days).

Same-Day Void

If you contact us within 4 hours of ticket issuance and the airline permits a void (same-day cancellation before departure), we will process the void at no service charge. This window varies by airline.

  • Fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

6. Waiver of Post-Ticketing Fees

Travelgliders.us may waive post-ticketing service fees in the following circumstances:

  • Airline-initiated schedule changes of more than 4 hours.
  • Airline-initiated cancellations.
  • Government-mandated travel restrictions affecting your itinerary.
  • Verified medical emergencies (documentation required).
